Bioanalysis
Discover how Melior’s unique phenotypic screening platforms can uncover the untapped value of your candidate therapeutic
Bioanalysis capabilities allow for quantitation of small molecule concentrations (e.g. drug levels) in biological samples (e.g. blood) using HPLC with tandem mass spectroscopy (LC/MS/MS). Several samples types are handled including brain (whole, dissected brain regions, punches), whole blood or plasma, CSF, peripheral organs.
Melior Discovery offers bioanalysis services in collaboration with our partner, Keystone Bioanalytical (North Wales, PA). Melior has been working with Keystone since our inception in 2005. They are our chosen partner because of their high reliability, fast turn around, and reasonable cost.
Melior works with Keystone as a subcontracted service to provide the bioanalytical components of a study in a turnkey solution to our clients. All bioanalytical data is integrated into our final study reports.
Applications:
- Pharmacokinetic studies
- Drug exposure
- Brain neurochemistry
- Measurement of exogenous compounds
- Measurement of drug metabolites
